Due to NY State law, some laboratories will not accept certain test kits from NY residents. Some will allow for NY residents to use a mailing address that is out of NY State. Some will determine compliance with the law based upon the address of the referring clinician (Evenstar is in Virginia). It's complicated. To insure that you will get the test results that you want and pay for -- Do Not Use the Online Shopping Cart.Instead, place your order by phone and I will determine before I accept your order that your test results will get to you. If you use the online shopping cart, we may be able to find a work around. But if the laboratory refuses to process your test kit, I will refund your money less any fees already paid by Evenstar to the indepentent laboratory and the credit card merchant fees for your initial order and for the refund - and you will have lost a bit of money.
